| STUDENT
HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES(SHOR): CDHA, the State
Association, sponsors one student from each program to
attend the annual session of SHOR held in conjunction
with the House of Delegates. SDCDHS sponsors an additional
student from Southwestern to attend. |

The
class of 2006 has had the privilege to provide patient
care in our brand new, state of the art facility built
in fall of 2004. The Southwestern classes of 2006 and
2007 are compassionate students and team players. I am
honored to be part of such a great group of peers.
The
dental hygiene students have volunteered to help with
the Special Olympics and sealant clinics for under privileged
families. We have participated in the San Diego Oral
Health Forum. Each student also individually volunteers
to assist in our communities.
